The font used in QuizBoxes is Arial. That font contains some math characters, but not everything you are after. You can see what's available by running the Windows program called CHARMAP and selecting Arial. For your needs, you should enter your formulae into Word (quite large), then do a screen grab and insert the image as your question in QuizBoxes.
