Feel free to delete those files. Anyone who makes quizzes with photos or sounds in them should be placing those files and just their quiz file into a spearate folder, appropriately named. Delete the jpg and mp3 files from the quizzes folder and your problem will go away. But you'll also break someone else's quiz who save their multimedia quiz in the wrong location - a valuable lesson will be learned.
